  • The integrated service is operational statewide, letting callers use 112 to report highway incidents as well as cyber and financial fraud.
  • Highway distress calls to 112 or 1033 now link in real time to Punjab Police and NHAI for coordinated action.
  • Cybercrime complaints made via 112 or 1930 are entered immediately into the National Cybercrime Portal by trained dispatchers at the Dial 112 control room.
