Overview
- Entrepreneurship will be compulsory in 3,692 senior secondary schools, reaching about 5.6 lakh students.
- The Class 12 curriculum and textbooks are ready ahead of schedule for implementation in the 2026–27 academic year.
- PSEB has prepared the rollout by training 10,382 teachers and 231 master trainers through 104 programmes.
- Assessment will replace written exams with self, peer and mentor evaluations across 18 periods, including three theory sessions and 15 project activities.
- The course extends the 2022–23 Class 11 Business Blaster initiative with team formation, prototyping and seed-funding pitches, alongside modules on legal procedures, finance and budgeting.
