Overview

• PDMA said all rivers in Punjab are flowing normally with a slightly higher flow in the Sutlej and no rain is forecast for the coming week.
• Officials reported 123 deaths, with 4,795 villages in 28 districts affected and 407,030 people impacted.
• Floods damaged about 2.58 million acres of farmland, with rice yields down roughly 15 percent, sugarcane 13 percent and cotton 5 percent as maize was heavily hit.
