- Punjab BISEs published HSSC-I results on October 15–16, showing wide board-by-board variation and consistently stronger outcomes in science tracks than in arts and commerce.
- BISE Rawalpindi reported a 43.46% overall pass rate, with Pre-Engineering at 55.78%, Pre-Medical at 52.51%, General Science at 44.63%, Commerce at 40.84% and Humanities at 36.14%.
- BISE Lahore recorded a 53.77% pass rate, with 92,541 students successful out of 175,950 candidates, according to officials Tausif-ur-Rehman and Rizwan Nazir.
- BISE Multan posted a 57.46% pass rate (42,730 of 74,329), while BISE Gujranwala was the lowest among major boards at 49.97% (71,009 of 142,101).
- Results are available via board sites and SMS services, including Lahore 800291, Rawalpindi 800296, Multan 800293 and Gujranwala 800290, with gazettes offered by respective boards.
