- The event runs Oct. 3–26 at the Myriad Botanical Gardens in downtown Oklahoma City, closing Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with hours of 10 a.m.–5 p.m. on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays, and 10 a.m.–8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Admission is $9 online or $10 at the gate, children age 2 and under enter free, and combo tickets with the Crystal Bridge cost $16 for adults and $11 for youth.
- This year’s presentation treats the grounds like a museum with themed zones spanning art, space, transportation, oceanography, botany, entomology and natural history.
- Daily programming includes free children’s crafts, 2 p.m. storytelling, science experiments, a maze and paint-a-pumpkin activities.
- Reports differ on scale, with KOCO citing more than 50,000 pumpkins and gourds while earlier KFOR coverage lists 40,000, and organizers are seeking volunteers and advising advance planning due to downtown construction.
