Pulp Announces First Album in 24 Years, 'More', and Releases Lead Single 'Spike Island'

The Britpop icons return with a June 6 album release, a tribute to late bassist Steve Mackey, and plans for an extensive 2025 tour.

Pulp's upcoming album, 'More', marks their first release since 2001 and will debut on June 6, 2025, via Rough Trade.
The lead single, 'Spike Island', is a synth-driven track inspired by the legendary 1990 Stone Roses gig and features Jarvis Cocker's reflective lyrics.
'More' was recorded in just three weeks in late 2024 with producer James Ford, the fastest album production in the band's history.
The album is dedicated to the memory of bassist Steve Mackey, who passed away in 2023, with two tracks dating back to his involvement.
Pulp has announced an expansive 2025 tour, including UK arena shows, a Sheffield homecoming gig, and international festival appearances.
