Overview
- Performances run August 29 through September 2 at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine.
- Admission is free with onsite, first-come seating; no reservations or advance tickets are required and seats are not guaranteed.
- The cast features Ato Blankson-Wood as Pericles, Denée Benton as Thaisa, Amina Faye as Marina, and Tony winner Alex Newell as Diana, joined by 100 New Yorkers from all five boroughs.
- Carl Cofield directs with music and lyrics by Troy Anthony, choreography by Tiffany Rea-Fisher, music direction by Sam Appiah, design by Riw Rakkulchon, and lighting by Melissa Mizell.
- The Fire Ensemble partners on the production alongside returning community organizations including Brownsville Recreation Center, Casita Maria, Center for Family Life, Children’s Aid, DreamYard, Domestic Workers United, The Fortune Society, and Military Resilience Foundation.
