Public Broadcasters Sweep Germany’s Weekend Ratings as ‘Tatort,’ ‘Wilsberg’ and ‘Die Chefin’ Lead

  • On Friday, ZDF’s ‘Die Chefin’ led with 5.29 million viewers and a 22.0% share in preliminary AGF SCOPE figures, despite its smallest linear reach since 2019 after episodes were made available to stream in early December.
  • Das Erste’s TV film ‘Die Kanzlei: Weites Land’ drew 3.83 million viewers for a 15.8% share and managed just 5.9% among 14–49-year-olds, lagging typical series results.
  • ZDF’s ‘SOKO Leipzig’ followed at months-high levels with 4.2 million viewers and an 18.6% share.
  • Saturday primetime was dominated by ZDF’s ‘Wilsberg’ at 6.23 million and 25.5%, while Das Erste’s ‘Klein gegen Groß’ reached 4.98 million and 22.2% with a strong 15.9% in 14–49 as Sport1’s Darts World Championship final neared 22% in that demo.
  • On Sunday, Das Erste’s ‘Tatort’ surged to 8.6 million viewers and a 32.5% share, including 22.2% in 14–49 and 29.1% in 14–59, with ZDF’s ‘Rosamunde Pilcher’ at 4.08 million and 15.4% and Sat.1’s ‘Fack ju Göhte’ at 13.6% in 14–49.
