Overview

  • Support for PUBG on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will be disabled during live server maintenance on November 13, 2025, making the game no longer downloadable or playable on those platforms.
  • PlayStation players must download the dedicated PS5 version from the PlayStation Store, while Xbox users will receive the upgrade automatically via Smart Delivery on Series X|S.
  • Published performance targets include 1440p at 60 fps on PS5, 2160p at 60 fps with Dynamic 4K on PS5 Pro and Xbox Series X, and 1080p at 60 fps or 1440p at 30 fps on Xbox Series S.
  • All existing account data and purchased items will be preserved and accessible when players log into the PS5 or Xbox Series X|S client without a separate transfer process.
  • Refunds for Battlegrounds Plus and other in-game purchases will follow each platform’s refund policies, and the November transition date may shift pending Sony and Microsoft store review processes.
