Overview
- Franchises may retain a maximum of four players before the auction, limited to one per category.
- Mentor, brand ambassador and Right-to-Match provisions have been abolished for PSL 11.
- The player salary purse has been increased to USD 1.6 million per team.
- Each franchise is allowed one direct signing of an overseas player who did not feature in PSL X.
- New teams Hyderabad and Sialkot can select four players pre-auction, with Faisalabad added as a venue and the season starting on March 26, 2026; detailed auction procedures will be announced later.
