Overview
- The Pakistan Cricket Board has replaced the PSL draft with a full player auction starting in Season 11.
- Teams may retain a maximum of four players — one per category — with mentor, brand ambassador and Right-to-Match provisions abolished.
- Each franchise is permitted one direct signing of a foreign player who did not feature in the previous edition.
- New franchises Hyderabad and Sialkot can select and retain four players from the pool before the auction.
- PSL 11 begins March 26, 2026, with Faisalabad added as a venue, and the PCB will announce detailed auction rules and the schedule in due course.
