PSG Sign Hernandez from Bayern for €40m

Paris Saint-Germain has signed Lucas Hernandez from Bayern Munich on a five-year contract for approximately €40 million plus add-ons.
Hernandez, a versatile player who can play at left-back and centre-back, had a year left on his Bayern deal and joined PSG due to his desire to be with the club.
He made only 11 appearances last season due to a knee ligament injury suffered at the World Cup in Qatar.
Hernandez has previously won four Bundesliga titles, the 2020 Champions League, and the 2018 World Cup with France.
PSG has also made several other signings and recently replaced their manager Christophe Galtier with Luis Enrique, the former coach of Barcelona and Spain.
