PSG Secures Lucas Beraldo in €20m Deal

The 20-year-old Brazilian defender, previously linked with Liverpool, signs a five-year contract with Paris Saint-Germain.

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has signed 20-year-old Brazilian defender Lucas Beraldo from São Paulo on a five-year deal.
Beraldo was also linked with a move to Liverpool, but PSG secured the deal for €20 million ($22.1m).
The Brazil under-20 international will bolster PSG's defensive options as they aim for their third consecutive Ligue 1 title.
Beraldo was a regular starter for São Paulo and was part of their Copa do Brasil winning team in 2023.
PSG is set to face Toulouse in the final of the Trophée des Champions on Wednesday.
