• Assam’s PDF details 19,809 candidates with names, categories, total marks, percentiles and NEET ranks
• Assam candidates must submit category-change forms in person at the DME office by July 11 with no postal or email filings accepted
• Andhra Pradesh will open an online application and document verification window before releasing its final merit list
