  • Stan Bevan is honoured for his cultural leadership as a master carver and educator while Chief Robert Louie is recognised for advancing Indigenous self-governance and economic development.
  • Dr. Ruth Grunau is lauded for pioneering neonatal pain research and Dr. Mark Jaccard for shaping science-based climate policy and public engagement.
  • The investiture ceremony will be held on September 16 at Government House in Victoria, with appointments made by the Lieutenant Governor on advice of an independent advisory council.
