Proud Boys Member Who Fled Before Jan. 6 Sentencing Captured by FBI in Florida

Christopher Worrell, a Proud Boys member, was arrested after disappearing before his sentencing for assaulting police during the Jan. 6 attack.
Worrell was convicted in May on several charges related to the Capitol riot, including assaulting officers.
Prosecutors had sought a 14-year sentence for Worrell for his actions during the attack.
After missing his sentencing, Worrell was added to the FBI's Most Wanted list until his capture in Florida.
His arrest comes as over 36 Proud Boys members have faced charges for their roles in the Jan. 6 attack.
