Two Harvard alumni, who had purchased tickets, interrupted the event, criticizing Pelosi's support for Israel amid the Gaza conflict.
Approximately 30 more protesters gathered outside, chanting and holding signs accusing Pelosi of supporting war crimes.
Pelosi was awarded the 'Distinguished Citizen of the Year' by the Harvard Club during the event.
The protesters were escorted out by event staff and police, with one being arrested and later released without charges.
