- Mexico City prosecutors transferred 15 of 19 detainees from the Nov. 15 ‘Generación Z’ unrest to Reclusorio Norte on charges including attempted homicide, resistance, robbery and injuries, while a minor initially accused of attempted homicide was released for lack of elements.
