- ProSiebenSat.1 announced a coordinated plan to reassign shows, presenters and rights across its three main linear channels to create clearer, genre-focused schedules for 2027.
- Sat.1 will gather factual brands into a dedicated 'Factual Tuesday' by moving Jenke von Wilmsdorff and Peter Giesel to the channel and will concentrate casting shows there to build a show-focused Saturday.
- Kabel Eins will become the home for multiple U.S. series and will air first-run new episodes of The Simpsons in prime evening slots while ProSieben keeps repeats in its early evening lineup.
- Sat.1 will also push fiction on Monday nights with new seasons of established series and expand pre-evening gameshows, and the group has confirmed new high-profile sports and event coverage will sit with ProSieben.
- Joyn will narrow its editorial focus to five pillars—Reality, Adventure, Food, Factual and Crime—add more than 20 creator formats and merge Infinity technology to enable user profiles and improved recommendations, a change the group says will roll out through 2027.
