Overview
- Sizhe “Steven” Weng, 30, faces eight felony counts including forcible rape, rape by use of a controlled substance, sodomy by anesthesia or controlled substance, and multiple counts of sexual penetration by controlled substance or anesthesia.
- A Sept. 2 prosecutor’s motion says Weng described three assaults in detail to LAPD detectives following his Aug. 28 arrest, with alleged incidents spanning December 2021, August 2022, and episodes in 2023–2024.
- Investigators report seizing midazolam, syringes, leather straps, red tubing, dental mouth devices, hidden cameras, and Polaroid and digital images that allegedly depict unconscious victims in sexual positions.
