• Sales fell to 49,542 units from 59,816 a year earlier across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Pune, according to PropEquity.
• Within MMR, Thane recorded a 28% decline to 14,877 units, Mumbai city slipped 8% to 9,691, and Navi Mumbai eased 6% to 7,212.
• Pune posted a 16% year-on-year fall to 17,762 units for the July–September quarter, PropEquity’s data show.
