Propane Tanks Explode at California's Largest Sikh Temple

Fire damages outlying building, no injuries reported as cause remains under investigation.

Multiple propane tanks exploded after a fire broke out at the largest Sikh temple in California's capital city, causing damage to an outlying building that holds religious classes.
Emergency crews were called to the Gurdwara Sacramento Sikh Society around 3:30 p.m. and worshippers were evacuated from the property by sheriff’s deputies.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
The fire burned into the building’s attic, causing a partial roof collapse and at least two vehicles were charred.
The cause of the fire and subsequent explosions is under investigation.
