Overview

• The Education Secretariat opened the second 2025 call: Progresar Superior and Enfermería accept applications from Aug. 18 to Sept. 5, Progresar Obligatorio is open until Sept. 1, and Progresar Trabajo remains available until Nov. 30.
• Applications must be completed online on the Programa Progresar portal using a validated Mi Argentina account and a CBU/CVU in the student’s name, and they are not processed at ANSES offices.
• Eligibility includes family income below three Salarios Mínimos, Vitales y Móviles (about $966,000 in Aug. 2025), proof of regular student status, and age ranges that vary by line, with no age limit for Enfermería.
• Resolution 388/2025 maintains a nominal $35,000 monthly amount under a 12‑month design with 80% paid each month and 20% released upon academic certification, plus stimulus and merit components at cycle end.
• Applicants admitted through this second call will receive six monthly installments in 2025, and media reports indicate the Superior line incorporates some private institutions for the first time this year.
