- Monitoring from December 15–19 found national averages of 89.57 MXN/kg for Red Globe, 102.17 for Thompson seedless and 90.67 for red seedless, with price spreads of about 120 pesos per kilo.
- Red Globe prices ranged from 36.90 MXN/kg at Alsuper Coss in Saltillo to 122.13 at Tienda UNAM in Coyoacán.
- Thompson seedless ran from 59.90 at Ley La Paz to 160 in markets of Guadalajara, Mérida, Oaxaca, Tuxtla Gutiérrez and Veracruz, including listings at H‑E‑B in León.
- Red seedless was as low as 49.90 at Chedraui Cancún and in markets of Morelia and Ciudad Juárez, with highs up to 149 in León and up to 147 in Cancún and Mexico City.
- Mexico produced 499,140 tonnes of grapes in 2024 with nearly 80% as table fruit from Sonora, Zacatecas and Jalisco, and about 90% of exports going to the U.S., as Profeco also highlights grapes’ antioxidant, fiber and mineral content.
