  • Products flagged by Profeco include Chimex Ibero Barcelona, Nutri Deli, Zwan Premium, Bafar Americano, Bafar Lunch and Benji.
  • Profeco has sent formal notices to Cofepris and SADER to initiate regulatory reviews that could lead to sanctions, immobilizations or market withdrawals.
  • Under NOM-158-SCFI-2003, ham must contain at least 55% leg meat and adhere to strict protein, fat and additive limits to ensure accurate labeling and consumer safety.
