Overview

• Principal photography began in New York at the end of June with location shoots planned in Italy.
• David Frankel returns to direct with screenwriter Aline Brosh McKenna onboard to preserve the series’ signature tone.
• Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci reprise their original roles to anchor the follow-up.
• New additions to the ensemble include Simone Ashley, Lucy Liu, Justin Theroux, B.J. Novak, Pauline Chalamet, Helen J. Shen, Conrad Ricamora and Kenneth Branagh.
