Procore Championship Kicks Off in Napa with Star-Studded Field

The Procore Championship, formerly known as the Fortinet Championship, takes place from September 12-15 at Silverado Resort in Napa, California.
The tournament features a $6 million purse, with $1.08 million awarded to the winner.
Defending champion Sahith Theegala, a California native, is joined by other top players like Wyndham Clark, Corey Conners, and Max Homa.
The event marks the start of the FedEx Cup Fall series, an eight-event stretch where golfers aim to secure their PGA Tour cards for the next season.
Top-ranked amateur Luke Clanton and other notable players such as Danny Willett and several with Bay Area ties are also in the field.
