Overview
- Tabasco authorities had inhabilitated Constructora V.D.F., Consorcio Crismar and Constructores Aprobados for tax and contractual breaches, with actions dating to 2012 and 2017.
- Documents recovered in a Jan. 30, 2024 FGR raid on a Villahermosa camper used as an office tied the firms to Hernán Bermúdez, as agents seized nine rifles, a pistol, 21 loaded magazines and 56 boxes of ammunition.
- Ministerial and notarial records indicate Bermúdez later transferred control of Consorcio Crismar to alleged operator Carlos Tomás Díaz Rodríguez, known as “El Tomasín,” while a protected witness linked the site to Ulises Pinto “El Mamado.”
- The companies had histories in public tenders with Pemex, CFE, Conagua, IMSS and Infonavit, and Bermúdez also held stakes in Grupo Maber and Rager, the latter winning a Pemex job at the Minatitlán refinery with Tradeco.
- Bermúdez, identified as the alleged leader of La Barredora and former Tabasco security chief, is being held at Cefereso 1 “El Altiplano” under strict security measures.
