• Rachel Noel Dumovich, 29, and Brandon Peter Dumovich, 30, were found deceased in their vehicle on Oct. 6 after an officer noticed its hazard lights on along Route 14 in Harvard around 11:52 p.m.
• Preliminary findings indicate each sustained a single gunshot wound, and a firearm was recovered inside the car, according to police.
• The McHenry County Major Investigative Assistance Team is supporting Harvard police as the McHenry County Coroner conducts autopsies and toxicology testing.
