Pro-Palestinian Protesters Blocked from Entering American Museum of Natural History for Second Time

  • The protesters accuse the museum's corporate patrons of facilitating the ongoing conflict in Gaza and criticize the museum for holding more than 12,000 human remains, including those of enslaved people and Native Americans.
  • Previously, the same group was accused of vandalizing the New York Public Library, and attempted to disrupt the annual tree lighting in Rockefeller Center.
  • No arrests were made in connection to the protest, but one assault complaint was filed.
