Priyanka Gandhi Vadra to Face BJP's Navya Haridas in Wayanad By-Poll

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has chosen Navya Haridas, a mechanical engineer and BJP Mahila Morcha leader, as their candidate in Wayanad.
The by-election was necessitated after Rahul Gandhi vacated the Wayanad seat to retain his victory in Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh.
The Communist Party of India (CPI), an ally of Congress, has fielded Sathyan Mokeri as another contender in the race.
The election results for the Wayanad by-poll will be announced on November 23, alongside results from other assembly by-elections.
