Prisoner escapes NYC hospital by rappelling down building with makeshift rope, flees in taxi

Prisoner Yenchun Chen escaped Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital in Manhattan by tying sheets together and rappelling down the side of the building.
Chen had been admitted to the hospital for medical treatment while in custody for drug charges.
After reaching the ground, Chen got into a taxi cab and fled the scene.
Authorities are seeking information on Chen's whereabouts.
Chen is described as 6-foot-3, 250 pounds with tattoos on his left arm and hand.
