Management will present a formal redundancy plan to staff in early 2026 following union rejection of a collective voluntary-exit proposal.

Overview

  • Vice-president Gérald-Brice Viret confirmed a PDV-PSE that could involve up to 240 departures, about one-third of roughly 694 permanent employees.
  • The plan will be presented to the social and economic committee (CSE) and employees in the first quarter of 2026.
  • Unions refused an earlier collective voluntary-departure scheme (RCC) and pressed for a Plan de Sauvegarde de l’Emploi with stronger safeguards.
  • This would mark a third wave of departures in two years since the company came under Bolloré-aligned control in 2021.
  • Prisma’s portfolio includes Capital, Geo, Femme Actuelle, Voici and Télé-Loisirs, with Ici Paris and France Dimanche newly acquired from CMI France.
