Overview

• Ankit Tandon is promoted to Chief Operating Officer of PRISM and CEO, Europe, with a remit covering global performance, European and UK hotels, and US operations including G6 Hospitality (Motel 6 and Studio 6).
• Varun Jain becomes COO–Asia with responsibility for India and SEAME, adds oversight of Germany’s Traum Ferienwohnungen, and takes charge of Innov8 and Weddingz in India with support from Pankhuri Sakhuja and Nitin Gupta.
• Shirish Damani is named COO, Europe Homes & Hotels to drive supply, revenue and margins across Belvilla, DanCenter, CheckMyGuest, Studio Prestige and HelpMyGuest while continuing to lead global M&A.
• Chief Service Officer Shreerang Godbole retains the customer-experience mandate and will lead DanCenter operations plus the integration and growth of MadeComfy in Australia, working with Tandon on US PropCo efforts.
• Gautam Swaroop steps down from international leadership to pursue technology ventures and will remain an advisor after five years leading PRISM International and Traum.
