  • Princess Ingrid Alexandra joined King Harald V, Queen Sonja and other royals to host French President Emmanuel Macron and Brigitte Macron at a white-tie gala in the Bird Room.
  • Earlier on the state visit she took part in a roundtable discussion at The National Gallery focusing on cultural and industrial cooperation.
  • The 21-year-old wore a scarlet Vivienne Westwood corset gown paired with Princess Ingeborg’s Boucheron Pearl Circle Tiara, a family heirloom dating back to 1900.
  • In April she completed 15 months of service with the Norwegian Armed Forces’ Engineer Battalion at Skjold camp in Målselv.
  • She is set to begin a three-year degree in social sciences, concentrating on international relations and political economy, at the University of Sydney in August.
