Princess Catherine to Attend Inaugural Future Workforce Summit in London on Nov. 18

The event advances corporate investment in early childhood with a goal to benefit more than one million children by 2026.

  • Kensington Palace confirmed the Princess of Wales will join the first Future Workforce Summit at Salesforce Tower in London on Tuesday, Nov. 18.
  • More than 80 business leaders are set to attend, with broadcaster Mishal Husain hosting and contributions from Sir Gareth Southgate, Marc Brackett, Robert Waldinger and Philippa Perry.
  • Taskforce members Aviva, NatWest Group, Iceland, Ikea UK and Ireland, The Lego Group and Deloitte will outline programmes they say have already reached over 500,000 babies and young children.
  • Amazon, Kellogg’s, Jude’s, Salesforce and the Co‑op will present additional projects that organisers say expand corporate engagement in early childhood development.
  • Founded by Princess Catherine in March 2023, the Royal Foundation Business Taskforce frames early years investment as key to building human skills for the future workforce, and the palace also announced her Together at Christmas Carol Concert for Dec. 5 at Westminster Abbey.
