• Kensington Palace released new images and video of Prince William’s September 10 tour of Bad Wolf Studios in Cardiff, where he stepped inside the Doctor Who TARDIS and viewed The Other Bennet Sister set.
• The visit marked the studio’s 10th anniversary and was led by chief executive Jane Tranter, who said it was a joy to show him around.
• He met trainees from Screen Alliance Wales, including recipients of the Prince William BAFTA Bursary, in an engagement focused on industry training and early‑career support.
• Screen Alliance Wales reports 3,772 studio visits and 149 paid traineeships to date, while this year’s BAFTA bursary supports 68 creatives with £2,000 each.
• The footage was shared ahead of Sunday’s BAFTA Cymru Awards, and the same day’s program included a stop at the Jac Lewis Foundation for World Suicide Prevention Day and a puppetry workshop with primary schoolchildren.
