Overview
- Prestige reported Q2 FY26 pre-sales of Rs 6,017.3 crore, a 50% year-on-year increase on robust housing demand.
- Quarterly sales volume reached 4.42 million sq ft with 2,069 units sold, as apartment realizations rose to Rs 14,906 per sq ft and plotted sales to Rs 9,510 per sq ft.
- First-half FY26 sales climbed to a record Rs 18,143.7 crore, up 157% year on year and above the company’s full-year FY25 tally, with H1 collections at Rs 8,730 crore and Q2 collections at Rs 4,210 crore.
