President's Choice Salts Recalled Over Plastic Contamination

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued a national recall of two President's Choice salt products after plastic fragments were discovered in them.

The recall affects President's Choice Mediterranean Sea Salts (360g) and Himalayan Pink Rock Salts (390g).
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) advises consumers not to use, sell, serve, or distribute the affected products.
The recalled products have best-before dates up to and including January 17, 2026.
Loblaw Companies Limited, the parent company of President's Choice, distributed the products nationwide in Canada.
No reports of injuries or health issues related to the contamination have been reported so far.
