  • On Friday, the President will pay tribute at the Nupi Lal Memorial Complex and then travel to Senapati to address a public function and inaugurate or launch additional projects.
  • Authorities have intensified security across Imphal with area domination patrols, frisking, anti-sabotage checks, route sanitisation, drone surveillance and continuous CCTV monitoring.
  • CorCom has called a total shutdown for December 11–12 to oppose the visit, and officials are withholding the full itinerary on a need-to-know basis for security reasons.
