Overview

• The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has finalized master planning and key reports in advance of construction beginning soon.
• Situated in Sector 28 of Gautam Buddha Nagar, the facility will occupy over 38,665 square metres across a basement, ground floor and three upper levels.
• Each unit will come fully equipped with internal water supply, electricity, HVAC systems, elevators, fire safety installations and electronic security.
• The design follows green building standards and includes road connectivity, parking, drainage and landscaping to meet future industrial demands.
• Construction will proceed under an Engineering, Procurement and Construction model with a 24-month completion target and a three-year defect liability period.
