Pregnant Woman Murdered and Dismembered by In-Laws in Pakistan

The 26-year-old was killed over suspicions of witchcraft and jealousy, leading to the arrest of four family members.

The victim, Zehra Qadeer, was seven months pregnant when she was killed by her in-laws in Daska, Punjab.
Her body was dismembered into 25 pieces and disposed of in a drain, as confirmed by police and her father, a police officer.
Four suspects, including the mother-in-law Sughra Bibi, sister-in-law Yasmeen, and grandson Abdullah, have been arrested.
The motive behind the gruesome murder included suspicions of witchcraft and jealousy over financial issues.
Police have registered a murder case, but the victim's husband, who works abroad, has yet to be contacted.
