- Investigators say 26-year-old Desiree Browning drove the wrong way on Georgia State Route 10, striking a Mercedes-Benz and a Ford Expedition before hitting a 2017 Toyota Camry head-on.
- Browning and the Camry’s driver, 25-year-old Soonhoon Choi of Athens, died at the scene, and Choi’s wife, 25-year-old Lexi Waldroup, died on Dec. 24; her 15-week fetus did not survive.
