• Nashville won 5-0 and 5-3 at Bridgestone Arena on Sept. 21, with Erik Haula scoring twice in the opener and five different Predators netting goals in Game 2.
• Rookie Matthew Wood posted a three-point night in Game 2 (one goal, two assists) and drew praise from coach Andrew Brunette as the early leader in the club’s rookie competition.
