• At a Patna press conference on Friday, Jan Suraaj chief Prashant Kishor accused Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, JD(U) minister Ashok Choudhary, Health Minister Mangal Pandey, and BJP MP Sanjay Jaiswal of corruption and misrepresentation.
• Kishor said a Bihar School Examination Board affidavit in a past court case shows Samrat Choudhary failed matriculation with 234 marks despite later claiming a D.Litt, and he urged the Election Commission to demand Choudhary’s class 10 pass certificate.
• He alleged Rs 2.12 crore was deposited into a Punjab National Bank account of Mangal Pandey’s wife in 2019–2020 without a disclosed source and warned he would release transfer details if no explanation is offered.
• Targeting Ashok Choudhary, Kishor claimed roughly Rs 200 crore in recent land purchases routed via family members and the Manav Vaibhav Vikas Trust, citing a 2019 parcel allegedly bought through a PA and later transferred to daughter Shambhavi Choudhary after an income tax notice.
• He accused Sanjay Jaiswal of protecting a family petrol pump by stalling a Bettiah flyover for years and benefiting from about Rs 5 crore in inflated municipal fuel bills, while noting the allegations await formal investigation and responses from those named.
