A California ticket won $32,644 by matching four numbers and the Powerball, while over 438,000 other tickets across the U.S. won prizes ranging from $4 to $150,000.
Powerball drawings occur three times a week—Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday—and tickets can be purchased in 45 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
