  • The India Smart Grid Forum presented a handbook outlining 174 AI, ML, AR/VR and robotics use cases to guide utility adoption.
  • Leaders highlighted priority use cases such as smart meter analytics, digital twins, predictive maintenance, theft detection, appliance-level insights, automated outage prediction and GenAI decision support, while stressing capacity building, interoperability and secure data sharing.
