• The Amtsgericht Potsdam is holding the public foreclosure sale of the Lehnitzsee estate on 4 September 2025.
• The auction exposé estimates a traffic value of about €27 million for the ensemble with main house, outbuildings, farmyard and more than 100,000 m² of grounds.
• Built in 1910 by architect Otto March for Carl Friedrich Siemens, the property offers roughly 2,530 m² of living space and about 6,190 m² of total usable area.
• Haiko Türk of the Landesamt für Denkmalpflege calls it an unusually large listed monument in a distinctive peninsula setting on Lehnitzsee.
• The court declined to disclose foreclosure details, and the site has largely sat vacant after a planned renovation fell through following periods of use as a clinic and an international school and a 2020 ownership change.
