- The new pact allows Western Union to roll out services across additional outlets within the Post Office’s 11,500-strong network
- Both organisations have committed to bespoke in-branch signage and dual-branded marketing campaigns to boost awareness
- Customers will gain face-to-face access to send funds to more than 200 countries and territories through bank accounts, digital wallets or retail pick-up
- The deal follows the Post Office’s April agreement with 30 banks and building societies to secure cash access and modernise branch services
