Overview
- Irish police identified the deceased locally as Wayne O’Reilly, 48, and his son Oisín (also reported as Oisín Reddin), found at separate homes in Ballyfermot and Clondalkin on 8 January.
- Gardaí say the case is being treated as a suspected murder–suicide led by a senior investigating officer, and they are not seeking anyone else in connection with the deaths.
